ORDERING:
Orders for our products may be placed via telephone, fax, in-person or through your Cobra* car builder (we deal with several major suppliers). We recommend that you visit our facility, if possible, to discuss your power train needs. Be sure to tell us your expected use of your vehicle (show, road racing, drag racing, street only, etc.) since this can make a large difference in what we recommend to you for a power train for your dream car.

TERMS:
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required with all engine and transmission orders. Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card. Payment in-full is expected prior to delivery of our products.

SHIPPING:
Southern Automotive ships via United Parcel Service (UPS) and via interstate trucking lines. All freight is prepaid and added to the purchase price of our products unless otherwise requested. There is a $125.00 crating fee for all engines shipped via trucking lines.

LIMITED WARRANTY:
Southern Automotive will repair or replace any engine or transmission which proves defective in workmanship and/or materials within 90 days of the date put into service. Warranty is void for any engine not paid for in-full or which has been subject to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse, misuse or used in any type of competitive event, such as; drag racing, road racing, or autocross, etc..  A maximum of $350.00 in labor charges will be paid for engine removal and replacement. This warranty to repair or replace is the only warranty expressed or implied.

NOTE:
Our engines may, or may not, pass local emissions tests. These are high performance engines and are not guaranteed to meet ANY emission standards.
